I’m excited to finally offer a new, large digital scrapbook kit. This kit is suitable for the new baby in the family, as well as toddlers, princesses or anything you want to have a softer look for! The kit is mainly blues and purples but a good amount of pinks and all three mixed as well. You get 21 papers in all: bird and tree patterns, mini-stripes, grunge, distressed, “fabric,” blocks, dots, polka dots, flowers and word art paper which has words and sayings of “Love,” “Life is beautiful, and so are you,” “Live Laugh Love,” “Cherish these Moments,” and “Sweet.” Embellishments, word art, and clip art included have different versions, and styles as well, such as the Blue Bird, flower, tree, “Sweet” word art and musical note. These elements come plain, as well as in neatly trimmed “fabric” and “frayed fabric.” You can see some of these in detail by clicking on the picture of the package below. The package also includes a pink “peek-a-boo” envelope that you can use for a photo or journal, three buttons with thread, blue and purple trim, as well as a blue frame in similar style trim with purple flowers, a circle mat, with and without circle word art “Life is beautiful, and so are you,” three stamp mats, two “LOVE” stamp mats, and a plain pink bird. I’m hoping to get some scrapbook pages done with this kit soon, so that I can also post some quick pages here if anyone is interested. As always, all images are a nice sharp quality of 300ppi, the clip art and elements are nice and big, and the papers are 12″x12″. Happy Fourth of July!!! Here are 8 simple paper designs for you in red, white and blue and a couple in yellow. Mainly made with stars and stripes, of course! The one with fireworks was made using one of obsidiandawn.com’s (see links on the left) glitter Photoshop brushes.

Here is a small offering: Part 1 of “Forever Baby.” It consists of two small downloads. First the digital papers which are the same design just different colors one for baby boy one for baby girl and the wording on the paper is changed to reflect the same. The poem is called “The Mention of His Name,” author unknown, and goes like this:

The mention of my child’s name
May bring tears to my eyes
But it never fails to bring
Music to my ears
If you are really my friend
Let me hear the beautiful music of his name
It soothes my broken heart
And sings to my soul

The second download is a pair of Photoshop brushes that I made, a sitting baby angel and a baby angel crawling on a cloud.

This free digital scrapbooking kit is in various shades of turquoise and brown with ivory and it focuses on a daisy shape from Photoshop’s custom shapes.  So far it is one of my favorite kits.  The other is “Boys Will Be Boys” which you can see below.

 ”Turquoise Daze” has 10 beautiful papers, and 8 embellishments.  Embellishments included are: an acrylic striped daisy, three label slides in turquoise, brown, and ivory, an acrylic striped brad,  an ivory grosgrain ribbon, an embossed leather charm, and a brown velvet ribbon with daisies.  Hope you enjoy!

If you are checking back, “Pretty Pansy,” actually turned into “Lilly’s Lotus.”  That will teach me to title a kit before it’s finished!  This kit has 6 papers, and 10 embellishments. It is very girly and fun! The papers are bold purples, pinks, and greens.  Papers include diagonal stripes, plaid, plain tie die, and striped tie die, grungy lotus flowers and olive green with ferns.  The embellishments include a beautiful large (resizeable) zig-zag stitched lotus flower with lots of detail, a pink and white vellum tag, a girly frog sticker (her name is Lilly:) three vellum and metal circle tags, one vellum and metal flower tag, a purple and pink fuzzy fiber, a grungy lotus flower slide, and Lilly the frog’s pink hair flower.  Well, Lilly doesn’t actually have any hair, but somehow it stays there:)  All of the embellishments are resizeable.  Check back in the future for an add on paper pack for this kit!  I hope you enjoy this kit, let me know;)  Thanks for visiting.

I’m currently working on a digital scrapbooking paper kit titled “Boys Will Be Boys.” It will be available to download within the next week.

This set has 17 Photoshop brushes consisting of 16 wild animals (doubles of each animal, one in grey-scale, one silhouette) and one tree.  The animals featured are a giraffe, a baby giraffe, a male lion, an elephant, a zebra, a couple of monkeys playing, a bird, and a tiger.  I’d appreciate any comments you may have, and any ideas for new brushes or papers.  Also, try using Stephanie Shimerdla’s “grasses-plants” brushes and “animal-prints” brushes with these, for some great personalized scrap papers.
